This is not a “keep things ticking over” role.
We’re looking for someone hungry to scale, optimise, innovate, and drive serious ecommerce performance.

The Opportunity

This newly created role exists because our online business has grown to the point where it deserves dedicated leadership and focus.
You’ll take ownership of the entire ecommerce channel — from online trading and website performance through to customer experience and digital growth strategy.
You’ll have the ability to make a real impact, move quickly, and help shape the future of one of Australia’s most exciting apparel brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving ecommerce sales growth and online performance
• Leading the ecommerce strategy and trading calendar
• Optimising conversion, AOV, and customer experience
• Working closely with marketing and creative teams on campaigns and launches
• Managing website performance, merchandising, and digital customer journeys
• Identifying new growth opportunities across digital channels and markets
• Leading and building the ecommerce function as the business scales

You’ll lead the entire retail operation across our growing store portfolio, driving performance, customer experience, team culture, and future expansion.

From opening new stores to lifting sales performance and building elite retail teams — you’ll have genuine ownership and the ability to make a real impact.

You’ll be:

• Leading and growing our national retail network
• Driving sales and operational performance across all stores
• Developing retail growth strategies and expansion plans
• Building high-performing retail leadership teams
• Creating exceptional customer experiences that bring the brand to life
