The Filly’s inner cork-filled midsole provides a custom-fit comfort, while elasticated side panels and reinforced pull tabs make slipping them on effortless. With a full glove leather lining for breathability, these boots deliver all-day comfort. Handcrafted in Mexico and thoughtfully designed in Australia, our Filly boots are a dependable and stylish companion for every occasion.

Each pair is individually polished by hand. The nature of the skins adds slight variations in every pair which is the mark of truly handcrafted footwear and enables the look to get better by age.

Fitting Note: We recommend ordering half a size smaller than your usual boot size to ensure the best fit.

Shipping
Orders are shipped on business days (excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you can track your order using the provided tracking number via Australia Post. During sales, please allow an extra 10 business days for dispatch. While we take care with packaging, if a domestic courier confirms your parcel is lost or damaged, we’ll assist where possible. However, without Express Shipping with Insurance, we cannot replace or refund the order —contact the courier directly for compensation in most cases.

Returns
Full-priced items can be returned within 20 days for a refund, exchange, or gift card if unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and purchased from our website or Helensvale store. Sale items (30% off or less) are eligible for exchange or gift card only, while clearance (40%+ off) is final sale. Exclusions apply (e.g., underwear, swimwear without hygiene tags, gift cards). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty. Second returns require customer-paid shipping. Sale/promotional exchanges incur a $10 return fee. Pre-paid post bags are not accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Outside the 20-day window, returns are only accepted for faulty items under ACCC guidelines.
